CQMRG is pleased to announce that our next site visit will be on 18/19 June 2026 at Sojitz Blue's Gregory Crinum Mine with the accompanying workshop to be held at Emerald.

Gregory Crinum is a large open-cut and underground coking coal mine located about 35 minutes north of Emerald in Queensland’s Central Highlands. The mine is wholly owned by Sojitz and has a mine life exceeding 20 year.

A workshop program is currently in development and will be available shortly, and notice will be emailed when registrations open.

As usual, numbers will be limited and a current CQMRG membership will be required to register and there will be a modest cost to cover expenses.
